Sierra simone american series5/29/2023 I loved how Simone was able to weave the tales of Arthur into her New Camelot series, because it’s a tale I’ve studied quite a bit during my years at University. And as you can probably get from the title The New Camelot Trilogy has something to do with an old tale of a king. Especially because both Greer and Maxen have this feeling of deja vu more than once. There is a political intrigue going on, but there’s also something that appears to be slightly supernatural happening. The main characters were introduced in a great way, and I felt a connection to them even if they were all very different from me. As soon as I started reading, I was drawn in – to the mystery, the steam, the friendships, and the war. The New Camelot Trilogy is my Can You Read a Series in a Month Challenge – and I totally nailed it. The New Camelot Trilogy is hot, it’s filled with intrigue, taboo, politics and suspense, and it’s not certain that all the players will still be there in the end… I am a husband and a lover and a soldier and a father and a president. I am a king, a king who was foolish enough to build a kingdom on the bones of the past. I am a man who loves, a man whose love demands much in return. And I’ve never been closer to tragedy than I am now. They say that every tragic hero has a fatal flaw, a secret sin, a tiny stitch sewn into his future since birth.
